He started out at Sasaki Glass Co., Ltd., later worked at the reputable Mitsukoshi Department Store, and set up R-BRAIN Inc. He does general producer/consulting work in developing retail facilities (e.g. shopping centers, department stores, specialty stores) as well as in regional/community development, and oversees business plan formulation, research, project planning, marketing, merchandising, branding, environmental planning, operation and management related to the above. Also he is a master of the kendo.
