GOOD HOUSE Inc. (hereafter called “The Company”) shall comply with all applicable laws, national guidelines and other standards in connection with personal information, and shall commit itself to the protection of all personal information it obtains.
1. The Purpose of Use of Your Personal Information
The Company shall use the client's personal information, including but not limited to, name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as transaction with the Company, only for the following purposes.
Should a need arise to use the personal information for purposes other than 1)~6) shown below, we shall contact the client individually.
(1) to deliver information and merchandise, to provide related follow-up services, and to introduce new products and services.
(2) to request the client to fill in questionnaire surveys regarding the services of the Company;
(3) to send catalogues, direct mail and samples of corporations that the Company finds appropriate.
(4) to create statistical data for marketing, sales promotions, and new product development.
(5) to determine and manage the credit limits, credit collection and receivables related to the client’s transaction with the Company.
(6) to conduct data processing related to payment via PayPal.

2 Entering Personal Information is Optional
While entering (or input) of personal information is optional, we are unable to accept your order unless you fill in the items that say “input required” in the form (off or online).

3 Providing Personal Information
Personal information the Company collects from the Client shall not be disclosed or provided to any third party, except in the following cases.
(1) When the client has given consent.
(2) When disclosure of personal information is required by laws and regulations.
(3) In case the Company, Affiliate or Group hands over the business to another due to a business merger, spin-off, or business transfer.

4 Consignment of Personal Information
The personal information obtained by the Company may be consigned to third party subcontractors with whom the Company has concluded confidentiality agreements.
The Company will not consign to a third party any personal data of the client, except within the extent necessary to accomplish the purpose of use.
<Examples of Outsourced Contractors>
Delivery service in charge of the shipping of goods.
Printers in charge of printing address labels.
Follow-up companies that send out information on new products and other services.

5 Appropriate Management of Personal Information
The Company takes reasonable physical and technical measures to safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification or leakage. Should such an incident arise, we will promptly take remedial action.

6 Supervision of Employees and Outsourced Agents
The Company will exercise necessary supervision over its employees concerning the adequate handling of personal information. When required to outsource all or part of personal information handling to any third party or parties, we shall stipulate its appropriate handling standards within the consignment contract and perform necessary supervision to?ensure the security of the outsourced personal information.

7 Disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc., related to personal Information.
If the client requests for the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or the suspension of use of their personal information, we will respond to it immediately, and in line with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law, as long as the request comes from the client him/herself. Even so, minimal personal information is needed to proceed with our business operations and cannot be deleted. The Company reserves the right to refuse the client’s request if it is unreasonable or surpasses the limits recognized by law, or if it could seriously impede the proper execution of our business. Making a disclosure may entail a fee in accordance with the method used.

8 Compliance Items
The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations.

9 Improving the Management System
The Company shall periodically review its personal information management system and shall conduct improvements needed. This policy is also subject to review, and may be revised without prior notice.
