Service Agreement To: GOOD HOUSE Inc.

　In placing the order for JAPAN MENTOR（hereafter referred to as “the Service”）with GOOD HOUSE Inc.（hereafter referred to as “GOOD HOUSE”）I（hereafter referred to as “the Client”）agree to the following.

1  The Client warrants GOOD HOUSE that all ideas and materials(hereafter referred to as “The Material”) related to this order shall consist entirely of the Client ’s original work, which is legitimate and does not infringe on any right held by third parties, including copyright, patent right, utility model right, trademark right, design right, property right, and other rights stipulated by laws and regulations.
2  Should a third party file an objection, or claim damages or any other infringement of rights related to the Material, the Client will indemnify GOOD HOUSE and will bear all responsibility and liability for its resolution. If, based on such claim, the Client does cause any damage to GOOD HOUSE or a third party, the Client shall assume all responsibility and shall compensate for such.
3  Whereas we strive to provide all replies, opinions, and assessment results with the high precision possible, they merely express an opinion from our standpoint and is by no means absolutely correct. Please note that the ultimate responsibility rests with the client.
4  The Client warrants that, in the event that GOOD HOUSE accepts an application from a third party regarding an idea or a material similar to the Material, the Client will not make any claim of infringement of rights.
5  The Client agrees that GOOD HOUSE shall not be held responsible for any damage arising out of the order.
6  Aside from Article 5 shown, the Client shall follow the “Terms of Use” stipulated by GOOD HOUSE. If, in the event that the Client breaches the Service Agreement or Terms of Use, the Client agrees that GOOD HOUSE may immediately cease to provide this Service without any objections whatsoever on the part of the Client.
7  Regarding articles not stipulated in this Service Agreement or in the Terms of Use, the Client agrees to follow the instructions of GOOD HOUSE.
